PASTRY COOK

The Trustee for United Five Trust t/a Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is looking for a full time Pastrycook to join their business. Location: 2/22 Scarborough Beach Rd, Scarborough WA 6019 Position: Full-time (40 hours per week) -Duties and responsibilities: Take charge of ingredient selection for our pastries, cakes, and other sweet products. Assume responsibility for the daily production of a diverse array of desserts, cakes, and more -Monitor the product quality at various stages throughout the production process. Devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings. -Create imaginative decorations for cakes, and other items. Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards. Operate a variety of tools, mixers and machinery effectively -Assist in training staff Skills and experience: The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as Pastrycook Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification Be able to work independently and be well organised -Experience in French patisserie required Salary: $80,000-$85,000 per year Work Location: In person
