Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced full-time Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our store in Glenmore Park, NSW 2745. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high customer service and food-quality standards, manage stock and suppliers, and contribute to the financial and operational performance of the business.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Glenmore Park store and ensure efficient service.
• Manage product availability, stock levels, food/service standards and customer service requirements for the Glenmore Park store.
• Manage purchasing requirements, liaise with suppliers, monitor costs and implement approved pricing and marketing strategies.
• Set pricing for Bella’s menu, products, specials and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee customer service and sales, assist customers with menu/product enquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, sales, purchasing and financial records and ensure accurate store documentation.
• Monitor store expenditure, sales, costs and budgets and support financial performance and cost control.
• Recruit, roster, train, supervise and manage staff to ensure adequate staffing and consistent operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and other applicable operational requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and promotional activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in a related field is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, food service, quick-service restaurant or hospitality management.
• Experience managing staff, rosters, stock, purchasing and daily business operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
