WE’RE HIRING: CHEF DE PARTIE Lima Cantina Summer is around the corner, and we’re building our kitchen team for an exciting season ahead. Lima Cantina is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft and brings energy, care and consistency to every service. The role Run your section confidently during busy services. Prepare and plate dishes to a consistently high standard. Support the kitchen team with prep and smooth service. Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and organisation. About you Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. A positive attitude, attention to detail and a love of great food. Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
