About the role:

In this role, you will work alongside an incredibly talented allied health team to deliver exceptional, family-centered care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside children, young people, and their families to set meaningful goals, develop strategies, and support their implementation across daily living skills.
  • Empowering clients and families to build independence in areas such as fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, emotion regulation, and community inclusion.
  • Conducting comprehensive formal assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborating efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best-practice, integrated care.
  • Supporting families through a keyworker model of practice and parent coaching.
  • Utilizing flexible service delivery models, including in-clinic therapy and telehealth sessions.
