Pay: AU$75,000.00 – AU$85,000.00 per year Job description: Chef Surf Air - Marcoola Helliwell Hospitality Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join the team at Surf Air. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment. About the Role In this hands-on position, you will: Deliver high-quality food preparation and presentation at all times Manage stock levels in line with company procedures and recipes Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards Keep a clean, organised kitchen during and after service Support the Head Chef with cost control and achieving budget targets Work both independently and collaboratively within the kitchen team About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Relevant trade qualifications Experience in fast-paced, service-driven venues A passion for food and a strong guest focus Solid understanding of food hygiene practices Ability to perform under pressure with strong attention to detail Good communication skills and a positive attitude A team-first mindset with the ability to work unsupervised What We Offer Immediate start available Work at a premium waterfront venue in Marcoola Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Location Surf Air 923 David Low Way Marcoola QLD 4564 How to Apply If you have the experience and attitude to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you.
