Position: Branch Customer Service Representative (Casual) | Big 4 Bank

Location: Karrinyup, WA

Hourly Rate: $40.00 / hour + superannuation

About the Role

As a Branch Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional service to our local customers. This position operates on a casual basis to provide cover for planned annual leave and unexpected sick leave, offering varied hours that fit around your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, account inquiries, and digital banking solutions.

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at every interaction.

• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate specialist products or team members.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance and operational guidelines.
