Your new role

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Provide outstanding service to walk-in and phone-based customers.
  • Interpret and source trailer parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the workshop team with timely parts supply.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day parts operations.
  • Assist with warehouse duties and forklift operation when required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Permanent working rights in Australia.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A current Forklift Licence and flexibility to assist in the warehouse.
  • A professional approach and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance.
