We’re Looking For:
We are currently looking for Lead Educators to join our diverse team across various roles within the centre. If you're passionate about early childhood education and excited to make lasting connections with children and families, we would love for you to join us!
Tasks & responsibilities
Our lead educator superstar will:
- Want to explore with the children and support them to become leaders of their own learning.
- Build relationships with families and children that inspires learning through play with endless opportunity.
- Be looking for a workplace to call home; a work culture that feels like home.
- Lead and support educators within the room to ensure high-quality education and care practices.
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to enhance educational practices, support reflective practice, and improve curriculum planning and documentation processes.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and role modelling to educators and students.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
- Support the induction of new educators and assist with their integration into the service.
- Communicate operational and educational matters effectively with the Nominated Supervisor and leadership team.

Qualification & experience
Ideal candidates will meet the following selection criteria:

- Be a natural at building positive relationships with peers, families, and children.
- Be a positive team player, with a great attitude and a joy for working with children.
- Support our much loved way for teaching and learning.
- Be relentless in your pursuit for professional growth and development.
- Have an unwavering passion for children, their learning and care.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Educator.
- A minimum of a Diploma or working towards or ACECQA equivalent approved qualification.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Valid Working with Children's Check
