We are an Exceeding-rated Early Learning Centre in Rose Bay, looking for an exceptional, community-minded leader to guide our vibrant team!

About the Role & Our Community

Our service caters to children across 3 rooms (Babies, Toddlers, and Kinder) with an abundance of high-quality resources to keep learning fun, educational, and engaging.

We pride ourselves on our tight-knit, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated leader who excels at building genuine, lasting connections with children, families, educators, and the local community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Child Safeguarding & Safety: Lead a culture of strict adherence to Child Safe Standards, national compliance, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies across all rooms.

  • Educational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs aligned with the EYLF.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, supervise, and support educators, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

  • Community & Family Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with families and actively engage with the broader Rose Bay community.

  • Operational & Administrative Management: Manage daily center operations, occupancy, staff rostering, and compliance reporting.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Diploma of Children's Services (or higher relevant Early Childhood qualification)

  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) & National Police Check

  • Comprehensive knowledge and training in Child Safeguarding and child protection practices

  • Complete compliance documentationv - First aid Certificates

  • Two professional references

  • Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills
