What’s On Offer • Competitive salary package that recognises your skills and experience • Monthly performance bonuses • Uniforms provided • Generous staff discounts • Secure, long-term employment • Friendly team and genuinely positive workplace culture • Supportive management backed by a strong national brand What You’ll Be Doing • Service, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles • Diagnose and efficiently resolve mechanical issues • Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail • Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately • Follow manufacturer and warranty procedures • Help maintain a safe, clean and productive workshop • Contribute to a positive team culture and high-performance standards • Work Monday to Friday, with a shared Saturday morning roster What You’ll Bring • Trade qualification with 5+ years’ hands-on experience • Certificate III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • A genuine commitment to quality workmanship • Reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work • Strong communication and a team-focused attitude • Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence • Full Australian working rights
