Located on the banks of the Murray River near Mildura, Trentham Waters Resort is a premium dining and accommodation destination in regional New South Wales, known for its seasonal menus, relaxed luxury, and strong connection to local produce. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive kitchen environment and be part of an exciting resort destination in a unique regional location.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a designated section during prep and service
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard and in line with menu specifications
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and service efficiency
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food
- Ability to work weekends and busy service periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
