Furniture Sales Associate | Full-Time

Location: Preston, VIC

Join one of Australia's fastest-growing furniture retailers! Known for stylish, modern furniture including sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and home décor, our client is seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join their Preston showroom.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys helping customers, achieving targets and earning commissions.

The Role

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor
  
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
  
• Follow up customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
  
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  
• Process sales orders using in-house systems
  
  About You
  
• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality or customer service
  
• Confident in engaging customers and closing sales
  
• Target-driven with strong communication skills
  
• Comfortable using computers and sales systems
  
• Furniture, homewares or premium retail experience advantageous

  Store Trading Hours
  
• Monday-Friday: 9:30am-5:30pm
  
• Saturday: 9:30am-5pm
  
• Sunday: 10am-5pm
  
  Working Hours & Roster
  
• Full-time position - 38 hours per week
  
• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  
• Two rostered days off during the week (Monday-Friday)
  
• Working hours rostered around showroom trading hours
  
• Fortnightly payment
