Graduate Implementation Support Officer Job no: 952811 Work type: Full time Located in: Adelaide CBD Categories: Graduate, Apprenticeship, Traineeship Department for Health and Wellbeing - Clinical System Support and Improvement - Implementation Science Unit Salary: $74,095 to $78,694 - ASO3 - Full Time - Term Contract up to 12 Months Overview: The SA Health Implementation Science Unit (ISU) is part of the Clinical System Support and Improvement (CSS&I) Division in the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW). ISU facilitates continuous improvement so that SA Health can deliver quality care for South Australians. We tailor evidence-based methods, tools and approaches derived from project management, implementation science, quality improvement and other enabling methods (such as Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, User Centred Design and Evaluation), to assist SA Health staff to deliver organisational commitments. The Graduate Implementation Support Officer reports to the Manager, Strategy and Governance and is accountable to the Director, Implementation Science Unit. The requirements for the role include: providing support to the Implementation Science Unit team members including coordinating and maintaining communication materials, evidence-based tools and timely reporting. supporting the principles of implementation practice, processes, and controls across SA Health. maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships with the team and our key stakeholders. providing confidential executive support and a range of administrative services which results in the achievement of the effective delivery and management of the Unit. supporting the team to be digital by default and effectively use digital collaboration tools to improve business processes.
