About the Role

Domino's Midland is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient business performance. The successful candidate will manage staff, monitor sales, control stock and purchasing, maintain financial records, and ensure high standards of customer service, product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store operations in accordance with Domino’s operational standards, food safety regulations and company procedures.
• Lead, train and supervise staff, including staff rostering, performance management and ongoing development.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, cash handling and waste reduction.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse operational results and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability. 
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate store promotions and local marketing activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Ensure product quality, food presentation and store cleanliness meet company standards.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
• Organise team meetings to communicate operational updates, business objectives, performance targets and work expectations.
• Monitor daily sales transactions, prepare operational reports and maintain accurate store records.
• Monitor store expenses and assist with budgeting and financial performance monitoring.
• Ensure adequate staffing and smooth service during peak trading periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements and relevant workplace regulations.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, café or quick-service restaurant management.
• Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, business management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of quick-service restaurant operations, inventory management and sales performance.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, rostering software and general computer applications.
• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is desirable.
