Located on the beautiful Bayside in Cleveland, Redlands RSL is a popular well-established, premier hospitality venue renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. Our venue features a busy a la carte restaurant, café, bars, gaming facilities, and function spaces, creating a dynamic and rewarding workplace. We are currently seeking a Qualified and Passionate CHEF/COOK to join our talented kitchen team. What We Offer: • A full-time salaried position • Competitive salary package of $73,000 - $83,000 per annum • The opportunity to work in a busy, high – performing kitchen • A supportive and professional team environment • Career development opportunities within a respected hospitality venue • A chance to showcase your skills in a premier hospitality venue What We’re Looking For: • Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Strong culinary skills – ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen • Team player – work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team • Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance • Flexibility – availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required • Legal right to work in Australia How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and passionate chef who takes pride in delivering excellent food and service, we would love to hear from you!
