WE'RE HIRING – CHEF Location: Liverpool, NSW Position: Chef – Chinese/Asian Cuisine Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Chef to join our busy takeaway food business located in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing Chinese or Asian cuisine, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Asian dishes. - Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards. - Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen. - Manage food preparation and cooking during busy service periods. - Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste. - Follow food safety procedures and workplace health and safety requirements. - Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: - Previous experience as a chef, preferably in Chinese or Asian cuisine. - Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. - Strong time management and organisational skills. - Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. - Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene. - A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
