We are seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team in Rupanyup in a full-time (80 hours/fortnight) or part-time capacity!
RENUMERATION:
- Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2025-2027.
- Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant - IN31 Grade 1 or IN32 Grade 2
- To provide a Leisure and Lifestyle Program for Residential Aged Care Residents, on both a group and individual basis.
- Must consider resident likes, preferences, existing community, and family involvement.
Essential:
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Have a clear understanding of the Aged Care Standards pertaining to residents Leisure and Lifestyle.
- Have efficient time management skills devoted to resident’s personal lifestyle programs, outings, required documentation and planning.
- Qualification in Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent field.
- Previous experience working in Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant position or field.
- Competence in using computer programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook and electronic resident documentation system (iCare) and other databases.
- Demonstrate flexibility to manage a diverse caseload.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
- Australian Driver’s Licence.
