Your New CompanyJoin a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on modernising asset management capabilities through SAP S/4HANA. Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the documentation standards that support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes, system configuration, and data governance across the organisation.
Your New RoleAs the EAM Technical Writer, you will be responsible for documenting SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration designs, business processes, and data standards to support the successful delivery of a major transformation initiative.Working closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, architects, and technical teams, you will translate complex concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration and design documentation.
- Producing process maps, technical specifications, work instructions, SOPs, and user guides.
- Documenting asset management data standards, governance frameworks, naming conventions, and business rules.
- Supporting data migration and data quality activities through the creation of standards and reference documentation.
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and review sessions to validate documentation and ensure business alignment.
- Managing document repositories and ensuring documentation remains current throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting change management and training initiatives through the development of end-user materials and knowledge resources.
- Experience working with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Proven experience documenting SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration, design, and business processes.
- Experience developing data standards, governance documentation, and technical artefacts within enterprise environments.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working across large-scale transformation, ERP, or asset management projects.
- Initial contract through to 16 November 2026.
- Full-time engagement working 38 hours per week (5 x 7.6-hour days).
