Senior System Analyst – Siebel Design

Australia-wide Siebel opportunity requiring Baseline clearance across all states and territories.

Your new company 
Join a major Australian Government department where you will secure a long-term government contract within a complex ICT environment. You’ll contribute across the full solution life cycle, including requirements, design, development support, testing, implementation and post-release activities.
Your new role 
As the Senior Siebel Designer/System Analyst, you’ll provide specialised business and systems analysis across the department’s Siebel CRM platform and integrated systems.
You’ll work closely with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, assess impacts and develop fit-for-purpose solution designs. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, producing functional specifications, user stories, mock-ups and diagrams, supporting testing and implementation, resolving design issues and providing post-release support.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Current Baseline security clearance
• Minimum SFIA Level 4 capability
• ICT qualification or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3–5 years’ systems analysis and design experience
• Five or more years’ recent Siebel CRM experience
• At least two years’ recent Siebel Analyst-Designer experience
• Experience with large, complex Australian Government ICT systems
• Strong requirements gathering and functional design capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Siebel design, development or testing experience
