- Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy
- Strong English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
- Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US. Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours
- Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
- Provide training and development material to support end users before and after transition
- In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ’s, QRG’s, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations.
- Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
