THE ROLE:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of just 150 properties
• No routine inspections
• No Leasing 
• VA Support 
• Handle maintenance and senior-level property management responsibilities

WHAT’S ON OFFER:

• $105,000 + Super! (on Experience) 
• Monday to Friday only
• Work-from-home flexibility
• Mainly inhouse role!
• Family orientated business! 

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
• Ethical, reliable, and a team player
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration
