A valued client of FourQuarters, a growing and well-established organisation based near Perth Airport, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

This opportunity sits within a collaborative, high-performing finance team and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to a business experiencing continued growth.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will take ownership of a full-function AP portfolio, managing a high volume of transactions across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reviewing and reconciling complex or multi-line invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and matching
• Supporting month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
• Identifying and contributing to process improvements as invoice volumes increase

About you:

• Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Proactive and team focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex billing structures
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
