Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating production or manufacturing machinery
• Ability to measure and mix raw materials to strict formulation specifications

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with batch mixing or formulation processes
• Familiarity with quality control and testing procedures
• Understanding of safety and compliance procedures around hazardous materials

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment

Other Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Happy to wear PPE for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to strict health, safety, and compliance regulations
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
