Site Supervisor / Foreman - Brisbane

$55–$60/hr + Vehicle/Allowance + Super

We are partnering with an established SEQ builder specialising in commercial & education projects to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman.

This is a site-based leadership role suited to someone who can confidently run day-to-day delivery, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and importantly, has a hands-on attitude and is willing to roll their sleeves up when required.

The Role

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily works
• Manage programme, quality and WHS
• Coordinate works within live environments + new builds
• Liaise with PMs, trades and key stakeholders
• Take a practical, hands-on approach to getting the job done

About You

• Foreman / Site Supervisor experience within commercial construction
• Trade background, ideally carpentry
• Queensland Department of Education experience is a major advantage
• Experience working within live school environments
• Strong trade coordination and communication skills
• Willing to roll up sleeves when required
