An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Sales Associate to join a highly successful boutique real estate agency in the Hills District.
This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a high-performing sales team with an outstanding track record. The team sold an impressive $185 million worth of real estate in 2025 and has already sold 50 properties this year.

With ongoing training, hands-on mentorship, an established brand and uncapped earning potential, this role is perfect for someone who is hungry to succeed and serious about building a long-term career in residential sales.

The Role

Working closely with an established sales team, you will be involved across the entire sales process, including:

• Daily prospecting and business development
• Cold calling and door knocking
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Buyer management and follow-up
• Conducting open homes and property inspections
• Facilitating and assisting with negotiations
• Database management and ongoing client follow-up
• Supporting agents throughout sales campaigns
• Developing relationships with prospective vendors
• Building your personal profile within the local market
• Generating and nurturing future business opportunities

The Candidate

We are looking for someone energetic, driven and genuinely passionate about building a successful career in real estate sales.
To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Previous real estate or sales experience
• A current Certificate of Registration
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence prospecting and speaking with prospective clients
• Strong presentation and professionalism
• A proactive and hardworking attitude
• The drive to achieve targets and generate new business
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within residential sales
