• Up to $120K + Super + Bonus + Fuel Allowance
• Newly created HOD role – genuine autonomy & influence
• Lead a team of PMs, Assistants, BDM & VA
• Monday–Friday | 8.30am–5pm

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or existing HOD ready to take ownership of a growing Property Management department.

Working closely with supportive Directors, you'll lead a team of 2 Property Managers, 2 Assistants, a BDM and VA, helping shape the structure, systems and culture of the department as the business continues to grow.
The Role Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor and support the Property Management team
• Conduct 1:1s, training and ongoing development
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding
• Be the go-to for complex PM queries and legislative matters
• Handle escalations, complaints and conflict resolution
• Review and streamline systems, processes and procedures
• Drive high standards of client service across the department
• Initially manage a small portfolio of approximately 50 properties
• Recruit and train a Junior PM to eventually take over the portfolio

You'll also have VA support assisting with maintenance, new tenancy checklists and lease renewals.

About You:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager, Team Leader or HOD with:

• Strong knowledge of the RTA and WA legislation
• Current Property Management Registration
• Solid end-to-end Property Management experience
• Previous leadership experience highly regarded
• Confidence mentoring and supporting a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• A positive, solutions-focused leadership style
