Commercial Property Manager

The Company
Our client is a standout name in Western Australia's Retail Property sector, backed by more than six decades of combined expertise. Known for their integrity and performance-driven results, they’re at the forefront of major retail projects across the nation. 

The Role:

• Manage the day to day operation of a portfolio, effectively communicating with tenants, owners and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections
• Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
• Monitor arrears, process disbursements, prepare annual outgoings budgets and income and expenditure for owners
• Oversee facilities management, contractors and property maintenance

About You:

• Ideally 5+ years commercial property management experience
• Strong knowledge of legislation including commercial tenancy (retail) 
• Strong financial acumen
• WA Property Management License
• A valid WA Driver's License
