Maintenance Handyman (Carpentry Bias)
Salary: $85,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD
Full-Time Permanent Position
Are you a skilled Handyman with a strong carpentry background looking for your next long-term opportunity? We are partnering with a growing facilities and maintenance business delivering high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Sydney CBD.

The Role Working across a range of commercial sites, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry works including doors, locks, cabinetry, skirting, and fit-outs
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Minor plastering, painting, and patching works
• Basic plumbing and general handyman duties
• Site inspections and reporting maintenance issues
• Liaising with tenants, clients, and site stakeholders

About You

• Trade qualified Carpenter preferred
• Previous experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites
