Riggers for shutdowns & Sydney projects

Core Talent is currently seeking experienced Riggers for multiple upcoming shutdowns and long-term industrial and construction projects across Sydney. We have immediate opportunities available with reputable contractors, offering consistent work, excellent hourly rates, and plenty of overtime.

What's on Offer

• $47-$53 per hour + penalties + super
• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing Sydney-based projects
• Multiple industrial shutdowns throughout the year
• 10-12 hour shifts available on selected projects
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity for long-term work with leading contractors

Your Duties

• Rigging and lifting operations
• Installing and relocating mechanical equipment
• Working alongside crane operators and site teams
• Safe movement of heavy plant and materials
• Shutdown maintenance and project work
• Following site safety procedures and SWMS

Essential Requirements

• Current High Risk Work Licence (Rigging - Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)
• Current White Card
• Previous rigging experience on construction, industrial or shutdown projects
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transport and ability to work across various Sydney locations
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing if required

Highly Regarded

• Dogging Licence (DG)
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• EWP Licence
• Shutdown or heavy industrial experience
