Senior Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial or Retail Property Manager to join a growing property business with a strong focus on large-format retail.

The business manages a senior portfolio for a number of key clients, including major multinational tenants, and is continuing to grow through new management wins. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can take ownership of a high-quality portfolio and work confidently with both landlords and major retail tenants.

The role will suit someone with:

• Strong commercial or retail property management experience, ideally gained within a shopping centre or large-format retail environment.
• Experience managing a senior portfolio and working with key clients and major tenants.
• Strong knowledge of leases, renewals, budgeting, reporting and day-to-day asset management.
• Experience with Cirrus8 would be highly regarded.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to build strong client and tenant relationships.

The role offers a competitive salary package, commission paid on renewals, and parking provided.

The preferred commencement timeframe is November/December 2026, with flexibility for the right person.
