High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for an ongoing opportunity based in Richlands, Brisbane Southside. This is a hands-on warehouse role offering ongoing work, weekly pay, and a view to permanent employment for the right candidate. Suitable for applicants seeking a genuine all-rounder warehouse position rather than a forklift-only role.

About the Role

• Ongoing casual position with view to permanent employment
• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Overtime opportunities available
• AM and PM shifts available
• Start times may vary based on operational requirements
• Weekly roster provided
• Based in Richlands on Brisbane’s Southside
• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties

Pay Rate

• $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
• Overtime available where required

Key Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Putaway, replenishment and stock movement
• Picking orders using RF scanners
• Receiving and dispatch duties
• Manual handling and general storeperson tasks
• Inventory and stock control support
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Assisting across multiple warehouse functions as required

About You

• Current valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Minimum 6 months recent High Reach forklift experience
• LO Licence highly regarded but not essential
• Comfortable working in an all-rounder role consisting of approximately 30% forklift operation and 70% warehouse/storeperson duties
• Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling throughout the shift
• Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
• Must have unrestricted working rights and availability for rostered shifts
• Candidates seeking purely forklift-based work need not apply
