Job Title: Maintenance Electrician -
Location: Northern Beaches & North Sydney Region
Salary: Up To $54ph+ Super + Company Vehicle + Tools of Trade + Overtime Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team servicing a portfolio of commercial, education, retail, healthcare and corporate sites across Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

This is a mobile role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, testing and minor project works across a variety of client sites. The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance across electrical systems and assets
• Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and emergency breakdowns
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely
• Conduct testing, inspections and compliance checks
• Complete lighting, power, switchboard and circuit maintenance works
• Carry out small installation and upgrade projects
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian Standards and WHS requirements
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation through a mobile system
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery
• Liaise with service coordinators and facilities managers to ensure jobs are completed on time

About You

• NSW Electrical Licence
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Experience in commercial electrical maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience undertaking PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with mobile job management systems and reporting application
