Civil Site Team - Labourers/Operators/Leading Hand

We are currently seeking an experienced civil construction crew to join an upcoming project commencing in the next couple of weeks in the Logan area / Southern suburbs of Brisbane.

We are looking for reliable, experienced personnel across a range of roles:
Positions Available:

Leading Hand

• Proven experience leading civil crews
• Strong understanding of site operations, safety, and productivity
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily works
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Civil Labourers

• Experience in civil construction preferred
• General labouring, pipework, drainage, concreting, and site support duties
• White Card required

Plant Operators

• Excavator Operators
• Grader Operators
• Moxy / Dump Truck Operators
• Experience operating in bulk earthworks, roadworks, subdivisions, or civil projects preferred
• Relevant tickets and proven experience required
