Are you a hands-on Supervisor with solid subdivision experience and a passion for getting the best out of your crew? One of our long-standing civil clients in Brisbane is expanding and looking for a driven Civil Supervisor to lead the delivery of residential subdivision projects across SEQ.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and services
• Managing subcontractors, plant, and labour to ensure safe, productive sites
• Maintaining quality, scheduling, and reporting requirements
• Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track
• Leading a positive, safety-first culture across the crew

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years supervision experience with a proven track record in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks.
• Strong understanding of TMR/SEQ/local council standards
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple moving parts, and solve problems on the fly
• A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership of site outcomes
• Relevant tickets and a construction white card.
