I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across the Toowoomba region. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise subdivision and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
• Lead site crews, subcontractors and plant operations
• Coordinate daily works to achieve programme and productivity targets
• Ensure WHS, QA and environmental compliance
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
• Drive quality outcomes and maintain project schedules

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising subdivision and civil construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience delivering bulk earthworks, roads and underground services
• Cert IV in Civil Construction or Construction (or equivalent)
• White Card and current Driver's Licence
