Job Title: Handyman / General Maintenance Officer
Location: Windsor, NSW
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman / General Maintenance Officer to join their team in Windsor. This is a full-time opportunity based on a single site, offering stable, ongoing work with no travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and patching works
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Repair and replace fixtures, fittings and equipment as required
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About You:

• Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance or facilities role
• Strong all-round maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
• Trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
