Contract Administrator | Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment | $130k-$160k + Super

Company
Established Brisbane fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across commercial office, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an additional CA to support continued growth across the business. Typical projects range from $2m-$15m.

Role
Working closely with the PM and site team, you will be responsible for procurement, subcontract management, variations, progress claims and cost reporting through to final account.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
• Fit out and refurbishment experience highly regarded.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and variations.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
