Site Manager - Commercial Fit Out

Lead Group are looking for a site manager for a well established and financially solid Tier 3 commercial builder with a strong reputation across Sydney paying a salary of up to $185K + Super

With a large pipeline of secured work and multiple projects kicking off, the business is expanding and looking to add another experienced Site Manager to its growing team.

They already have a strong team of Site Managers in the business, with hands on directors who are regularly on site and a supportive, collaborative culture. This is a genuine long term role with real opportunities for growth and progression as the company continues to expand.

The projects

• Fast paced commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Mix of commercial and light industrial works
• Main workload in the Sydney CBD, with projects across Western Sydney and the wider metro area

The role

• Manage day to day site operations from start to completion
• Report to the Project Manager and senior leadership team
• Work alongside Contract Administrators and a dedicated Procurement Manager
• Liaise with clients, building management and stakeholders

About you

• Proven Site Manager experience in commercial fit out or refurbishment
• Experience working on CBD sites, including occupied buildings
• Professional, well presented and confident with clients and stakeholders
• Strong with technology, including Procore, site sign-on systems, marking up drawings and reporting
• Candidates from larger builders looking for a more varied workload and a closer-knit team are encouraged to apply
