Estimator

Responsibilities:
You will work as part of the estimating and pre-construction team, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates across concept, design development and tender stages
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Preparing trade comparisons, scope reviews and tender analysis
• Reviewing project documentation to identify cost risks and opportunities
• Providing value engineering and cost advice to support competitive tenders
• Working closely with pre-construction, design and delivery teams
• Identifying buildability issues and procurement opportunities throughout the tender process

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years estimating experience within commercial construction
• Exposure to commercial new build and/or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of subcontractor pricing, tender analysis and trade scopes
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates and cost plans
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A desire to develop into a Senior Estimator position
