Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Portfolio Asset Manager to join our Sydney based property investment and management client - Hadley Green Investments in this Brisbane based role.

Hadley Green Investments delivers strong commercial outcomes through proactive asset management and operational excellence, supporting investor growth and community partnerships across its portfolio. PNA is seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail property portfolios, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution.

The successful candidate will drive asset management strategies, oversee financial and operational performance, and provide leadership to the portfolio team. The role requires a visible presence across portfolio assets, strong stakeholder engagement, and rigorous financial control.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute asset management strategies for retail portfolio
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and asset valuations
• Manage and drive positive leasing outcomes across the portfolio
• Maximise income growth and operational performance
• Lead and mentor Operations, Centre, and Administration teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and service provider performance
• Ensure compliance with lease, legal, and risk management requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in retail shopping centre or asset management
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in budgeting and forecasting
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail lease structures and regulations
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
