Store Manager - Seven Hills

Are you an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment?

We're looking for a strong retail leader to take ownership of a busy big-box store in Seven Hills, leading a team of 10+ and driving both people and commercial performance.
 
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll need to be comfortable with high stock volumes, quick decision-making, merchandising and managing a busy team.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Leading, motivating and developing a team of 10+
* Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
* Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience
* Managing a high-volume stock and goods receiving
* Leading merchandising and ensuring the store is commercially presented
* Making quick decisions and confidently managing competing priorities
* Coaching team members and supporting their development
* Managing performance and having the more difficult conversations where required
* Maintaining strong operational standards in a high-pressure environment
 
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous Store Manager or strong senior leadership experience
* Big-box and/or high-volume retail experience
* Strong merchandising experience - you need to be confident merchandising without relying on strict planograms
* Strong commercial acumen and KPI understanding
* Experience managing significant stock volumes and goods receiving
* A genuine ability to train, coach and develop a large team
* Confidence working under pressure and making fast decisions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to have the hard conversations
* A strong customer and team focus
