About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of a busy food operation encompassing à la carte dining, functions, events, and day-to-day service. This hands-on leadership role will see you managing kitchen performance, mentoring your team, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring financial targets are achieved.
Working closely with venue leadership, you will play a key role in menu execution, team development, cost control, and creating a positive kitchen culture that delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Your Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a high-volume hospitality venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen teams
• Excellent understanding of food cost management, labour control, and budgeting
• Sound knowledge of food safety, compliance, and workplace health standards
• Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
