Role & Duties

• Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Work closely with leasing, business development, and support teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct routine's and FBI's

About You

• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Valid WA driver’s licence
