Job Overview:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. Leading a team of passionate staff, you’ll foster a positive and productive workplace while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and profit and loss management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management.

  • Experience managing fresh produce is highly regarded.
