The Client
FourQuarters is delighted to be partnering with a leading ASX-listed infrastructure organisation to recruit a newly created Senior Finance Business Partner.

Supporting the development of a growing division within the business, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing finance function at the intersection of Finance, Operational and Commercial stakeholders, providing strategic insights to influence key business decisions.

This role offers significant variety across strategic business partnering, project finance, commercial analysis and long-term planning, within a dedicated CBD office location and Hybrid WFH arrangement.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will:

• Partner with Executive stakeholders to provide key strategic insights, financial analysis and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-range business planning to support the continued growth of the division.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting, performance analysis and recommendations, identifying key risks, opportunities and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support the evaluation and pricing of major strategic initiatives, tenders and project opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial models, reporting processes and project finance frameworks.
• Act as a key finance partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders, providing commercial insight and challenging performance where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this position you should have:

• CA or CPA qualification with demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accounting or commercial finance role.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills - the ability to build rapport and influence Executive and senior operational leaders is essential for this position.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting project-based or complex operational environments.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis capabilities.
• High-level attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and time frames.
