As the Property Management Assistant, you will support a high-performing Senior Property Manager while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse hybrid portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow within the industry, build strong tenant relationships, and develop the skills needed to progress into a Property Manager role. What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with routine inspections and property condition reports
- Support with final bond inspections and follow up as required
- Manage inbox enquiries and provide clear, timely communication to tenants and landlords
- Prepare lease documentation, renewal notices, and associated paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and assist in monitoring rental arrears
- Advertise rental properties with high-quality and professional marketing
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure seamless portfolio management
- Work respectfully and cooperatively in an open-plan team environment
- Learn and adapt AI tools and technology to improve efficiency
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years experience in a Real Estate Agency (highly considered)
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using IRE and Property Me (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn legislation and stay current with industry updates
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and support multiple deadlines
- Ambition to develop into a Property Manager role
