Role & Duties

• Manage your very own, small portfolio
• Outsourced inspections
• South of river portfolio location 
• Liaise with tradespeople and coordinate maintenance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners,  tenants & contractors
• Conduct property inspections when required

About You

• A minimum 12 months industry experience
• Perfect for someone coming out of an assistant or inspections role
• Property Management Registration
• Unrestricted WA drivers licence
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
