The Opportunity Brisbane Aluminium is recruiting a Trade Sales Representative for their Morningside facility. Support builders and contractors with aluminium window, door and screen systems - provide technical advice, prepare quotes, and manage orders.

What You'll Do

50% Trade counter & phone support - advise on products, specs, and building requirements

30% Quoting & estimating - prepare quotes for residential and commercial projects

20% Order management - process orders, coordinate supply, liaise with fabricators

You'll work with: Builders, contractors, aluminium fabricators, architects, and internal teams (warehouse, delivery, purchasing).

This is technical sales - learn product specifications, Australian Standards, glass compatibility, and installation requirements. Your expertise becomes your value.

Who We're Looking For IDEAL: 1-3 years in customer-facing roles within building materials, trade supply, hardware, or construction.

ALSO WELCOME: Career changers from retail management, hospitality, technical support, or administration with strong customer service skills.

Must-haves:

1. Confident with tradies and contractors
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Comfortable learning technical information
4. Reliable and team-oriented
5. Basic computer skills

Bonus: Construction knowledge, experience reading plans, building materials background, forklift licence (can be obtained).
