Join the internal sales team at Morningside and run the trade enquiry pipeline from first contact through to quote delivery. If you've got experience in construction, building materials or trade supply, or you're simply drawn to that world and want to build a career in it, this is a structured, supportive environment to do exactly that.

Duties
- Manage inbound trade enquiries from builders, contractors, project managers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare accurate project quotes and pricing using estimating software
- Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules
- Support external sales representatives with quote preparation and customer follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat project clients, finding the right product solution for each job
- Background in construction, building materials or trade supply preferred; genuine interest in the industry will also be considered, you understand or want to learn how builders and contractors work
- Sharp attention to detail, quoting accuracy matters every time
- Confident communicator, comfortable with walk-in and phone enquiries
- A solutions mindset, you enjoy finding the right product fit for a customer's project, not just processing an order
- Quick to pick up new systems and processes
- Team-oriented, reliable, and happy in a varied, hands-on day
- $65,000-$75,000 base salary + Superannuation
- Permanent, full-time, genuine job security and career stability from day one
