Full Job Description

Rudd Industrial Midvale supplies fasteners to construction, engineering and industrial customers. Backed by Synergy Construction & Industrial Supply Group and Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, we have the resources of a national network and the feel of a local branch.

No two days will look quite the same. You might be working through an order for a regular customer, helping someone at the counter or getting stock ready with the warehouse team.
 

What You’ll Do

• Help customers at the counter, over the phone and via email
• Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up on enquiries
• Build relationships with regular customers
• Pitch in with stock and warehouse tasks when needed

 
About You

• Sales experience in fasteners, industrial supplies or a related trade such as plumbing or electrical wholesale
• Comfortable handling several customer requests at once without missing the details
• Outgoing, down to earth and able to have a laugh with the team and customers
• Happy to take initiative and help out across the branch
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
